About Us
Prospect Research was founded in 2004 by the Managing Director, Chris Walthew. At the time, Chris was Sales Manager for a company in London. Telemarketing was used as the main way of generating sales appointments for Chris and his team. But what a menace it was that telemarketing was taking up their valuable time when they should be out closing deals. And so the idea for providing a dedicated outsourced telemarketing resource to companies was born.
The company moved to Cambridge in 2005, and we soon surrounded ourselves with an incredible team. Everyone at Prospect Research is an experienced telemarketing and sales professional. We work hard to understand what you really want from telemarketing, act as credible ambassadors for your company, and find prospects who want to work with you.
Prospect Research is delighted to be active in the business community in the East of England. We are members of the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, Cambridge Network, The Business Club and The Institute of Directors.
Prospect Research is a member of the Direct Marketing Association. The DMA and its members are committed to promoting the self-regulation within the direct marketing industry. It is a condition of membership that member companies of the DMA are required to adhere to the DM Code of Practice (3rd Edition).
