Prospect Research complete EACH Ride for Life

The heavens opened on Sunday, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of the team at Prospect Research. The team completed the Ride for Life, and raised £745 for the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

The 10 mile, off-road ride through Thetford Forest was enjoyed by everyone, and the whole team finished, albeit a little tired, wet and in need of a coffee!

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) aims to maximise the quality of life for children and young people with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, and their families. Prospect Research was support by generous donations from their clients, business contacts, friends and family.

Sarah Horne, Account Manager at Prospect Research, said

‘Despite the rain, I had a great time – and the fact is was for such a good cause made it even more enjoyable.’

Over 1,000 people participated in the Ride for Life, which started from Santon Downham in Suffolk.

Hayley Jeantou, Account Executive, commented

‘I had a fantastic day. There was a brilliant atmosphere during the ride, and beautiful scenery.’

Liz Brinsdon, EACH’s Corporate Fundraiser for Cambridgeshire said:

“It was great to see the team from Prospect Research taking part in this, our 14th Ride for Life. It was a really fun day despite the rain, and the sponsorship raised all goes to help us continue caring for life-limited children across East Anglia.”

EACH is Prospect Research’s charity of the year, and they hope to raise £2,000 for them in 2007.  Read more about Prospect Research's charity work.
