As well as operating an ‘open door policy’ where all our Clients can visit their office to meet the telemarketing team and listen to calls, Prospect Research are now able to record all of their outbound calls using a web-based system. The system also records all call statistics to show productivity.
Clare Tilley, Marketing Communications Executive at Crystal Vision based just outside Cambridge, benefited from the call recordings during a recent project with Prospect Research. Clare comments,

This proved to be an incredibly valuable tool for our sales team who were able to gather information from the conversations before following up the call themselves.’
Recordings of all calls that culminate in an appointment or lead can be sent to Clients in either WAV or WMA format, along with written call notes and full contact details for the prospect.
