I have been working for Prospect Research for close to two years now and before I started at Prospect I used to work for a Logistics Company and an award winning Luxury Apartment rental company based in Cambridge. I have always worked in the telemarketing and sales side of the businesses finding I had a passion for sales and targets since my very early banking days.

I now work in the Education sector but in my previous roles I worked in Logistics for 5 years and Luxury apartments for nearly a year. I feel I have transferable skills to hit those targets and use my experience to open new doors for our clients.

I am very interested in people and our society so along the way I became a mature student and studied a Social Policy degree which I believe has helped me to grow as a person in the way I relate to people and situations. I care about our society and the world we live in.

Prospect Research looked a very appealing career choice for me because I could see they valued their staff, had a good company ethos and really enjoyed getting the best results for their clients. I also wanted a new challenge after University and my previous roles to work for a dynamic creative company who invests in their staff and actively encourages progression and I found that with Prospect.

Through regular appraisals and Company meetings we are guided and recognised for our efforts. This is a Company you can progress in if you work hard and are target driven. Client satisfaction combined with staff satisfaction is why I work here and I can see why the retention rates on both parts are high.

Since I’ve been here, I have been given more and more responsibility, I like to work on challenging accounts and I am so target driven that I like to spur others on to compete with me, a little bit of healthy competition is fun for me! I have also recently been put in charge of the social side of Prospect, arranging charity buffets and other fun activities around the office and getting everyone to join in the fun! I’m a fun, bubbly and driven person so this is my calling!
