Introducing our first Apprentice, Amy

We are very pleased to welcome our first Apprentice, Amy Mallyon, to the Prospect team.  Prospect Research have been promoting Apprenticeships for FE Colleges and Training Providers through telemarketing since 2007.  However, this is the first time that we have had an Apprentice of our own.

ApprenticeshipsAmy is being supported through John Laing Training Ltd, and working towards her Level 2 in Business and Administration Apprenticeship.  Amy joins Vicky, our Office Manager, Vicky London, to help support the administrative, facilities and financial side of the business.

Beth Walthew, Managing Director at Prospect Research, states

“Amy has really dived in head first to her role, and the additional support for the business as it grows is invaluable.”

Jo Ellis, an Account Manager from John Laing Training, goes on to say

“I arranged to meet Amy in September for an interview in response to her application for a Business Administrator Apprenticeship with Prospect Research. Amy was extremely well prepared for her interview and had researched the employer website thoroughly. We discussed the job role in great detail and also how apprenticeship schemes worked. I guided her on what she would expect from JLT and Prospect Research in terms of support and training, and what would be expected from her.

She demonstrated excellent interview techniques, confidence and enthusiasm when we met and clearly fitted the remit I discussed with the employer. Amy attended an interview with Prospect Research on 6th September 2016, was immediately offered the position and started on 19th September.”
