How will telemarketing change in the next 10 years?
Earlier this year my company Prospect Research celebrated 10 years in business as a lead generation and telemarketing company. This is the sort of milestone that lends itself to looking back on how our company and industry has changed in that time, and to look forward to predict what will happen in another 10 years. So I’ve taken the plunge and written a short article on this, which I hope will be the start of a second career as a fortune teller!
