From Monday 5th March, the ownership of Prospect Research changed to James and Kim Lepper, from Beth Walthew, who founded the company with her husband Chris in 2004.
The change in ownership has enabled Beth to spend more time with her family and be more present with her two children as they grow up. She will be taking on a new role alongside Chris, supporting the growth of Clip n’ Climb Cambridge.
James has been with Prospect Research for over five years and instrumental in growing the company, having previously been a Key Account Director, looking after our work on behalf of clients in the Technology and Manufacturing Sectors.
To support James and Kim maintain Prospect Research as a leading B2B Telemarketing agency, we have reorganised the management team here with Jan Woodruff now heading up Business Development, Kathryn Brooks heading up our work in the Construction Sector and Connor Dunn looking after Marketing and Campaign Delivery.
Throughout the sale, there has been an overwhelming amount of support from the team at Prospect Research. Fundamentally, nothing will significantly change, expect the company registration number and bank details.
You may be aware of the developments of new EU legislation around GDPR; this will mean a significant change in the way organisations handle data, an area that is already sensitive, but which will henceforth carry still penalties for infringement. To be fully prepared, we have been monitoring the implementation requirements and have worked jolly hard to ensure that we have robust, compliant processes in place.
We are taking this opportunity to rededicate ourselves to providing exemplary service in all areas of B2B Telemarketing, Lead Generation, and Market Research. Over the next few months you will see plenty of exciting changes that will increase the effectiveness of our campaigns and ensure our clients achieve an increased ROI.
