We have worked with Central Marketing Teams of several Universities to conduct research with prospective students who either had declined or accepted undergraduate offers. This was focused around gaining a deeper insight into the perceptions of the engagement experience and what influenced their decision-making process.
Regular outreach and market research has been conducted over several years and has been used to understand all the drivers of “accepters” and “decliners” and allows for effective planning of courses.
In addition, we have undertaken Market Research that evaluates the impact an institution has on the wider community assisting them to gauge attitudes; the quantitative and qualitative impact of what the organisation had on their areas, gaining an understanding of what the wider community perceive it has done to improve the lives of those living and working near.
We have completed market research projects centred on impacts students noted and retested perceptions at certain key points as we revisited it to see what changed by the end of the study.
